Shipping Destinations
We currently ship domestically within India only.

Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days. Flat rate of ₹ 50. 
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days. Flat rate of ₹ 100

Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- Victowellness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Damaged Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged container, we are here to help. If you find any damage to the container upon receiving your order, please follow these steps:

1. Take a Photo: Capture clear photos of the damaged container.
2. Report the Damage: Email the photos along with your order number and a description of the damage to info@victowellness.com.
3. Exchange Process: Our customer support team will review your report and guide you through the exchange process, which will take about 5-7 working days to complete.
